The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) is now issuing an hourly update on Typhoon Juan (international codename: Megi). As of 10 am today October 18, 2010, Typhoon "JUAN" is spotted at 120 km East of Tuguegarao City, with maximum sustained winds of 225 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 260 kph. Typhoon "JUAN" is now moving West Southwest at 19 kph. Estimated central pressure: 922 hpa. The typhoon is expected to make a landfall in Northern Isabela approximately today, before Noon. Typhoon "JUAN" is believe to exit the Philippines through Ilocos Sur.
